How do I place an order?

Register or sign in, add your child under Children, then open Shop and select the items for that child. Review your basket and choose Pay now or Pay later to place the order.

Can I order for more than one child?

Yes. Add each child's items to your basket before checkout. You can pay once for the combined basket; each child will have a separate order.

How do I add extra items or arrangements to an order?

You can adjust your basket before placing the order. If you have already placed it, contact the store about changes or special arrangements.

I've already paid - can I still add to my order?

A paid order is locked. Place a new order for additional items, or contact the store for assistance.

How is my order delivered?

Choose store pickup or courier delivery at checkout, where available. For courier delivery, confirm your delivery address and the delivery fee before placing the order.

How do I track my delivery?

Use Track & Trace, or open your order details, to see the latest available delivery or collection status.
